The Center For Independence provides each person we serve with a service facilitator. The service facilitator serves as a liaison in coordinating the development of community options and personal goals and assures that all desired services are provided.  The facilitator meets with individuals that they support regularly to assure that goals are being met, and to see what new goal a person has for the future.

Service Facilitators provide a wide variety of services including:

- Assisting with finances

- Organizing meetings

- Meeting with individuals to understand wishes

- Writing plans to help people acheive goals

- Assisting with doctor visits

- Assuring proper residential assistance is received

- Helping individuals apply for assistance programs

- Communicating with families

- Assuring funding guidelines are followed
